Description

Project AWARE has its basis on the belief that people, when united under the same purpose can achieve remarkable feats. It elevates “Connected way of thinking” to a new level as its focus now is bringing experts and the general public together in order to collectively produce results that set the pace for the Sustainable Development Goals – Agenda 2030. That’s going to be done through the AWARE app which promotes education, coordination, creativity and binds the community under the goal of protecting our oceans, preserving their natural beauty, reversing the damage done to them and bringing sustainability and Aeiforia to the aquatic environment. Change has never been easy but it is necessary. AWARE aims to bring change not only to the environment but in people’s minds and hearts as well.

Aims

• Raise AWAREness about the issues the ocean is facing & how it affects us
• Bring together experts, organizations and the general public promoting cooperation
• Encourage people adopt habits that help the environment
• Organize coordinated efforts (among local communities and experts alike) to support the prosperity of our oceans
• Support research and blue-growth related initiatives by enabling active cooperation among peers
• Create a hub for ocean enthusiasts that want to actively part-take in efforts to conserve its natural beauty
• Keep developing. There are endless goals to be achieved once the primary steps have been established
